Responsibilities :
• User Testing: Conduct thorough user testing to identify usability issues, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets user expectations.
• Community Management: Build and manage a strong smartwatch community to gather user insights, conduct community testing, and foster brand loyalty.
• Test Report Generation: Prepare detailed test reports, including bug reports, user feedback summaries, and product improvement recommendations.
• Product Analysis: Analyze product reviews and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement | Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality, identify and resolve defects, and drive product enhancements.
• App and Hardware Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of smartwatch apps and hardware components to effectively test product functionality.
