Responsibilities :
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to deliver detailed data models and custom performance analysis to senior stakeholders (VPs and SVPs).
• Data Proficiency: Understand and manipulate the underlying data architecture supporting Customer Success, and use SQL to report on business performance.
• Presentation Skills: Package findings into presentation-ready content using data visualization tools like Tableau for Salesforce executives.
• Business Strategy: Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business to influence Success strategy.
• Optimization: Identify and optimize key drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics through technical analysis.
