Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer at Mercor. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust software solutions to improve the functionality and user experience of our platform. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technical improvements and help implement them.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
• Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs
• Strong proficiency in database management and SQL
• Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
