Role Overview :
The primary role of the candidate will be to improve our foundation models by identifying shortcomings and fine-tuning. The candidate will leverage our scalable and efficient pre-training, inference, and post-training codebases to iterate on the model. Access to our GPU fleet and opportunities for co-authoring research papers will be provided.
Qualifications :
• Prior experience with Python, Hugging Face's Transformers, and PyTorch.
• Prior experience with machine learning and training neural networks, preferably LLMs, either through internships or personal projects.
• Strong interest in AI, especially foundation models.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
