About the role :
The Individual will participate in the operations of deciding which Lending Product offers need to be displayed to which set of customers. The selection of the set depends on various data science models. It is a monthly process involving operations and analyzing workflows and systems to identify opportunities for improvement/automation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working confidently with all levels of management and drive the process to completion.

• Ability to clarify, align and drive consensus among various stakeholders
• Ability to write clear and actionable emails
• High availability: The candidate should be able to cater to requests at various times.
• Proficient in both English and Hindi
