Our first product gives Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams visibility into customer escalations and requests and related discussions on scattered tools like Slack/Teams/Jira/Salesforce etc. It generates action items at team and individual level and helps resolve such requests faster. We are now accepting early access requests at our website.

Requirements :
• Experience in Node JS is preferable
• Willingness to learn new frameworks and languages where required
• Interest and ability to work across the stack
• Possess an extremely sound understanding of areas in the basic areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.
