About this program :
• Build@Mercari is a software engineer training program provided by the Mercari Group. People who have not had opportunities for various reasons, especially women who are minorities in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and IT fields, people from the LGBT+ community, or people who identify as a minority. We hold training programs and internships for people.
• Today, people with various talents are active in the IT industry. On the other hand, it is unfortunately true that there are some people who do not receive sufficient educational opportunities or have the opportunity to succeed in their desired occupations because of their position or background as a minority.
• ``As Mercari, which values D&I, we wanted to provide opportunities for interaction, study, and training to people who are considered minorities in STEM and IT fields.'' The idea was to create an online training and internship program called Build. @Mercari”.
